Causes of the Arab - Israeli conflict
It is hard to take a neutral position because human being hasd always shown their point of view; for example, someone can affirm that the political heads from Israel and Palestine are guilty of the war, or they might say what is behind war is the power battle from other countries that have imposed their necessities without caring life, although those affirmations do not have any kind of argument.
Now underlining what is posed in the text "The two causes of Alzheimer (or Jew - Arab conflict)" The critic is so healthy to bring closer all decisive process to the truth. We can create a parallel and find that it is really hard to criticize without arguments although everyday people are doing.
Revising the conflict since it started we can find four causes which have initiated the conflict, these ar: the territorial occupation, the creation of the state of Israel, religious and cultural differences and Natural Resources are four large causes which have initiated the conflict.
Each group has reasons to defend its land, and then people who belong to a group would think that they have the motive to stay and would not leave by anyway. The conflict – Maxime Rodinson has declared – in consequence is showed essentially like the struggle of a town against a national territorial occupation by foreign. This author has clearly defined the main problem which has developed during centuries.
The creation of the state of Israel in 1948 was a complement to increase the dissatisfaction between Jews and Palestinians. Among the interests that motivated this success, we can find the intervention of Great Britain, who used its economic and military power to get a place were they could support to obtain its target.
Culture is the set of customs where the traditional life of a town is expressed; one of the main components of culture is religion. Those are two characteristics, that linked, have caused ideological clashes. There exist huge differences between Arabs and Israelis, so everyone supposedly has to respect the other, but is difficult to do so when someone is invading you using force. The other point of view would be why do you not return what is not yours.
Natural resources is the newest cause, it is the last one because it has occurred lately in comparison to the first one, and the most problematic that brings severe consequences, due to the location of Palestine considering rainy season is just four months per year, the water –the precious liquid- has become another fight that obviously would be used as a pretext, added to the three explained here before, to increase confrontation between Arabs and Palestinian.
According to a report from the Israel Bank, 37% of water from Israel and territories occupied come from the Jordan River and Tiberiade Lake. In Israel 75% of the total volume of water spent is used for agriculture while the remaining 25% is distributed between the urban and industrial supply. The organization for the human rights, B´Tselem says, each Israeli consumes on average six times more water than a Palestinian from Cisjordania. Nowadays, the Palestinian Authority declares that Israel diverts between 80% and 90% of hydraulic resources from the Palestinian territories occupied for its own use or the use of settlements that exist in those territories. Some authors have presented that in a not very distant future a war by the obtaining of the water would be free, but in the Middle East it has begin because of the unfair distribution of resources.
Finally, we are now in Colombia and do not have any matter if everybody die in Middle East, but that is a wrong concept because we are suffering a process of globalization then, if the war continues we would get a critic time were everybody is going to kill the other using as a basis that do not share skin-color even religion or language and we would be affected directly by this problem.
So it is necessary analyzing thoroughly the four causes and try to find and answer or solution to each one, in this way we would avoid a catastrophe in the future. The Arab-Israeli conflict continues and will keep on until the people get that knowledge to go on fighting will not carry to any place.

Woman and Japanese culture
To dive into different cultures and to have the capacity to understand those strangers’ values, norms and customs that identify them is in fact complicated, but nowadays we are living with globalization, a way to connect lifestyles around the world.
War is a symbol of death and misery, although if one thoroughly studies all the processes and changes that this originates, we realize that exist some consequences of the war which have allowed countries to advance. Example of this finds in Spain, where the Spanish civil war was one of the decisive events with which was forged that today Spain is a democratic country. Nevertheless, many people gave their lives from 1936 to 1939. Another example is the successful campaign to get freedom for South America that was managed by Simon Bolivar and followers. Although their dream was not completed totally, they reach half goal. Nowadays fifth countries are independent and do not continue subdued by the Europeans.
In Asia directly in Japan a series of conflicts as much social as economic and political with different ends have opened the way to an evolution of women’s behavior, in an interval of time that begins with the United States entrance into the territory in 1858 and up to now with the globalization process which has remarked a constant change. Then countries should adapt to be able to belong and be competitive in a market.
Analyzing the history of what has been list that the woman has carried out in Japan, finds an important period in which remarkable changes have been given due to external factors USA, being them implied in the "obligatory" turn of women’s behavior. Supposedly this twirl means a change in the machismo ethic that has been imposed in that culture from most all the time but this is a wrong concept showed by this country. As Nippon Konchuki affirm in his text, al least today the women does not have to walk behind his husband taking care to step on his shadow. It is the unique perceptible change in a society where still today is dived in the machismo.
According to USA entrance women’s behavior is divided in two periods, before USA entrance and after this. In the first finds the made that women is low a kind of masculine commanding which she is viewed like the simple housewife that looks after the well-being of the family and has the duty of raising good citizens.
The other stage is after the “westernization” process that Japan received from USA. The entrance of Americans bore to the transformation of the women’s stereotype. Since then on women have understood that they have the same rights as men and they are not less than them. Today we can find several examples that reaffirm this change. In Japan there are women who worry about being developed professionally, because they demand bigger freedom. That is between rich people and those who can study and be professional, but what really happens with poor people? The immediately answer is that women who do not have a way to study lay out to be submitted to the machista culture.
According to the text Two Méxicos, one experience in Japan, it is a country developed in the one that 97% of the students from high school continue its studies, and so in its population only 4.7% are unemployed. We can affirm that women have been developed in an atmosphere that has allowed them to change the stereotype and also with her form of behaving has impelled to the development of its country no matter if they were governing or let themselves be governed. Japan owes USA being industrialized but not for this reason they as a country have not stayed. On the contrary, men and women have known how to be unwrapped and although the machismo still reign in a part of this society has been able to advance.
From the perspective of a Latin American that has not had any contact with that culture it is difficult to make a statement being been worth so alone of the point of view of another person. It is included the possibility.
In the world there is diversity of cultures, for more difficult than it is to penetrate in some it is necessary to attempt it, just in that way we will know if we made it well or not. But it is necessary to pay attention and investigate everything related to the objective culture. Then the interested in will be sure not to make mistakes or the smallest quantity possible.

There were several differences between Washington and Lincoln. Washington came from a wealthy aristocratic background, he had several years of schooling. In contrast Lincoln came from a poor background and had very little schooling. Another difference between the two involved their military roles. Washington was a military leader, he was a general. While Lincoln never served in the military. He was a lawyer who early on became a politician. When he became president, he took on the role of commander in chief, as all U.S. presidents do. Despite his lack of military background or training. Lincoln made several strategic decisions that enabled the U.S. military leaders to win the Civil War. Finally, Washington served for two terms and therefore had eight years to accomplish his policies. Lincoln, on the other hand, was assasinated. Then he was not able to finish some of the things that he wanted for the country.

Relfection
Writing, I think it is essential especially in the future we will need to express in the right way. So this is a necessity and I feel that Ihave improved a lot.
I need to improve my vocabulary, I feel I need to make it better to speak fluently.
Is difficult to learn in a place where everybody is talking all the time, but I have learn a lot so far.
I want to spen the resto of the semester learning how to criticize a tex, this mean the way we have to read it. The best exercise I have done is to receive the analisys from my essays, and from Erin, it is a good way to know which are your mystakes.

As the movie showed us, in this moment Israel is controlling everything. Is difficult to recognize we are living in a similar situation, Incredible to see the huge dimension of the problem all the kids are living in a place were since they are born are learning from the environment, exactly what grants them in a future is to be terrorists and to form groups against the unemployment and the threatens that at any moment Israel could occupied the whole territory, then what would happen.
I Know if i were in the same place i would do the same what Arabs are doing, but in the pacific way although they have been trying to get something in this way but they can not.
About the movie that was really good and I people to see the documentary LS SIERRA from Medellin.

Talking about people: A guide to fair and accurate language.

Summary
It is clear language manage our culture, each culture have its own way to communicate. Language doesn’t imply only the way you communicate also the way you act and understand. For this reason it is necessary to study the language used by other people not all but the most important or which are we going to deal in a recent future. Due to we are studying international businesses.
Our language allow explain how the life need a complement which is itself and which are the groups and the way to contain each one in a name. Here comes inclusive/exclusive, sexist/nonsexist, gender-free/Gender-fair/Gender-specific, Generic/Pseudogeneric, Sex/gender. The explanation of this words and comparisons is necessary just to understand the whole book.
About the General Guidelines we find a direct relation with the sense of using HE and what it really means, specifically why the people uses it wrongly. And the erroneous concepts that we can change or understand better to manage really good our language.

The conflict arab-israeli I think began mainly for selfishness, as I said before human being have something what makes different from the animals and is the reason, so where you can find it in any place.

Carnival memory

Introduction
A simple meaning of carnival could be the period which precedes the lent. Celebrated with dances, masquarades and troop of masked revelers. It´s an adaptation of antique pagan customs.
But there exist somethimg differente in our culture what make this a huge party unless for the barranquilleros, also foreign people.

It´s really difficult to explain feelings like emotion and happyness, that are gotten during carnivals, for this reason Iwould try to do a little bit and then show an event that I remember.

As our culture have taught us. Inmediately the year ends, the carnival begins.
since a beginning I didn´t recognize what was going on, but I just enjoyed it.

Now I had some freedom which allows me participating all parties brougth by carnival.

Everyday is a different party. Today there are pre-carnival, carnival and pos-carnival.

From january to march 1 if you´re boring on saturday at home just look

for the newspaper and read, I am completely sure you´ll find more than one concert or something so.

I hope carnival improve wiht the time.

We celebrate on sunday with a big party at uncle´s home, for this reason

now I´m learning how to play the gaita, then millo´s flute and folclorike

percussion. the most difficult to play is the millo´s flute but if you want you can do it. all those instrument are made from natural material and it relly help us to enjoy that´s our native music.

the best way to enjoy carnival is forget about problems, homeworks, everything.

Conclusion

Mainly for the people who comes from other places. to enjoy carnival you need to birth a requirement it is, to introduce and try to understand our culture, it become difficult if you want, also if you do what I habçve told you before you get awe inspired with the emotion.
